Use this form to send a document directly to our team — no need to email a large attachment. On your phone, you can snap a photo with your camera or choose an existing file; on a computer, you can upload a scan or PDF. You can attach up to 10 files (useful for multi-page documents). Once we receive it, we’ll follow up by email. Max 50MB per file.
