Program description

RocketServe.io LLC (“RocketServe”) offers an SMS messaging program to keep customers and providers informed about service requests made through RocketServe. Message types include: waitlist/invitation confirmations, service request and appointment confirmations, provider assignment and status updates, scheduling and reminder messages, and customer support responses to messages you send us.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting when requesting an invitation, submitting a service request, or applying as a provider through RocketServe. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with RocketServe — for example, how many service requests you have in progress. You can generally expect a small number of messages per active request (typically 1–10 messages per month), not a recurring or unlimited stream.

Reply HELP to any message at any time for assistance, or contact our support team directly at support@rocketserve.net or (866) 96-ROCKET.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.
