RocketServe.io LLC (“RocketServe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates
RocketServe.io, RocketServe.net, and the RocketServe mobile and web
applications (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information
we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to
our sites, customers requesting service, and providers (process servers,
notaries, and technicians) who apply to work through RocketServe.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates
for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text
messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be
shared with any third parties.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we collect:

• Contact information you give us directly — name, email address, phone number, and mailing/service address — when you request an invitation, submit a service request, or join a waitlist.
• Provider application information — professional credentials, work history, and identity-verification documents (e.g. a government-issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation) when you apply to become a process server, notary, or technician.
• Communications — the content of SMS text messages, calls, and emails you exchange with us or with a provider through the Service, so we can coordinate and support your service request.
• Location information — the address associated with a service request, and, for active providers, location shared during an active job for dispatch and safety purposes.
• Payment information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Device and usage information — standard web/app log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To create and fulfill service requests, and to match customers with verified providers.
• To verify provider identity and eligibility before any work begins.
• To send you service-related SMS, email, and call notifications — for example, appointment confirmations, status updates, and support responses.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Service, including fraud prevention.
• To comply with legal obligations, including recordkeeping required for notarial acts and process-of-service proof.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to receive text messages from RocketServe, we use your mobile
number and consent solely to send you the messages you signed up for (service
updates, appointment reminders, and account notifications). Message frequency varies based on your activity and service requests; you may receive multiple
transactional updates during an active service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or
HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared
with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or
promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• With the provider assigned to your service request, so they can complete the work (e.g. the address to serve, the appointment time).
• With service providers who help us run the platform — payment processing (Stripe), messaging delivery (Twilio), identity verification, and cloud hosting — each bound by contract to use your information only to provide that service to us.
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RocketServe, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same commitments in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below.
• You can decline to provide certain information, though this may limit your ability to use parts of the Service (for example, we cannot dispatch a provider without a service address).

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service
and to satisfy legal, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations —
including the retention periods that apply to notarial records and
proof-of-service documentation under applicable state law.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated
version here with a new effective date.
