Process of Service:

  • Process of Service Orders – Starting at $150 (includes 3 diligent service attempts)
  • Bad address – Original Service fee (unfortunately, if we make a trip to the wrong address, we require the order to be paid in full by the client)
  • Address Locate While in the field – Additional $25 to $50 depending on difficulty (i.e., large sprawling multi-level multifamily dwelling, large commercial facilities, etc.)
  • Notarized Proof of Service – $25 ($15 for the Acknowledgment Notarization and $10 for On Demand Notarial Convenience)
  • POPULAR – GoPro – video evidence recorded of service attempts/events – $75

 

Special Services:

  • Stake Out Service – Starting at $100 per hour with a 3-hour minimum required to order, must be arranged in advance
  • Wait time – Starting at $30 per 30 minutes
  • Late Night/ Early Morning service – starting at an additional $75 for service between 12a-7a

 

Payment Policy:

  • Prepayment is required for any and all work performed (all major credit cards accepted, Cashapp,Zelle,Venmo and Paypal also welcome. 
  • Cancellation Policy – any cancellations of jobs already in progress will be billed for the full amount of the service charged

Note: All rates are per address and per defendant at the same address; the second service will be discounted.

General Notary Services (fees state mandated):

  • Notarization of documents – $15 per signature
  • Acknowledgment – $15 per signature
  • Jurat – $15 per signature
  • Deposition – $25 per signature
  • Additional fees may apply for Notarial Supplies Fee, Travel Fee, and Digital Notarial Fee. Please confirm with your agent when placing your order

  • Authentication of a multi-page document: $25-$40

  • Authentication of a death certificate: $30-$45
  • Authentication of a diploma: $40-$75
  • All Apostille service orders are subject to extra service/convenience charges at any time due to shipping or other costs that must be paid for in full by the purchaser during the transaction, either prior to or directly after the transaction

  • Power of Attorney Preparation: $300
  • Estate Plan Review: $450
  • Notarization Services: $15 per document (state-mandated fee)
  • Attendance at Client Meetings: $250 per hour

Additional Services:

  • After Hour fee – $40 (after 5 PM or on weekends)
  • Wait time – Starting at $30 per 30 minutes
  • Travel fee – $25 *Per every 10 miles outside of  94551.* Fees may vary per job, client and order type.
