I’m happy also to announce I’ve partnered with Escrowtab! – after meeting a few of their stellar company representatives at the Loan Signing Systems Conference last month in San Diego. I’ve decided to take the plunge and set up for IPEN through EscrowTab. This is going to be yet another tool I can help leverage to lenders, and hopefully, help bring new lenders into the digital age with IPEN signings. It’s important to note that RON is still not currently an option in California. This means IPEN is the leading digital signing solution for signing agents in this market.
National Notary Association – Did you know that when you hold multiple notarial commissions from multiple states you will be required to set up an additional NNA profile?
I (William, the owner/operator of RS) hold the following NNA memberships and plan on working out a better way to feature this information on my website under the about page. But, because I’ve mentioned it I’ll list the info here. California NNA (Signing Agent Cert attached): 161134407, and for Nevada: 161433461. Did you also know that the NNA will NOT mirror your profile from your main profile to the new commission? That’s right! you must direct potential clients to view your original or “main” NNA profile to better identify your certifications and credentials.
ABT – Always be training. Because it’s been slower lately for loan signing orders. We are taking this time to become extra close and comfortable with live in-class Zoom training at Notary Stars so far this month we’ve covered the following package types: Buyer, Seller, Refinance, Refinance Trust/Inter Vivos, and Equity Purchase.
